The Foss Fairy Trail is a volunteer-led community project, and we’re always looking for people to help out. Whether you’d like to lend a hand with maintenance, support events, share your skills, or become a sponsor, there are lots of ways to get involved. Every bit of help makes a difference and supports the future of the trail.
Volunteering
The trail is maintained entirely by volunteers, and we’re always glad to welcome new hands. Tasks range from light trail maintenance and litter picking to helping out at community events or supporting with admin behind the scenes. Whether you’ve got a few hours a month or want to get more involved, we’d love to hear from you.
You don’t need any special skills—just a bit of enthusiasm and a willingness to muck in. Volunteering is a great way to meet others, spend time outdoors, and support a project that brings joy to local families and visitors.

Sharing your skills

Sponsorship & Donations
The trail is free for everyone to enjoy, and we rely on the support of kind individuals and local businesses to keep it that way. Donations help us cover the costs of materials, repairs, signage, and event supplies. Every contribution, big or small, helps us keep the trail safe, magical, and welcoming.
